FSX 2020 Issue - Shot Analysis Screen can't be closed

I run an indoor center and we have 4 bays, all running fsx 2020. 2 bays have GCQs and 2 have GC3s. In the bays with the GCQs, when I bring up the shot analysis screen, I can't close it (no "X" in top corner, ESC key does not work) and I can't hit any more balls without closing the range and reopening. Also, it does not have the email feature to send the results to a user. This does not happen on the machines connected to the GC3's. All 4 bays had 8.4.0.1 installed. I upgraded the 2 problem bays to 8.5.0.2 yesterday but didn't solve the problem. Opened a ForesightMattyG support ticket but have not received a resolution.

ForesightMattyG - issue resolved.

For documentation - in a two monitor installation, the analysis screen even if displayed on the secondary screen, takes on the resolution of the primary screen. In my case, a 4K projector, which was causing the analysis screen to display in a zoomed state and I could not see all screen controls. Once we backed the resolution down to 1920 x 1200, the issue was resolved.
