I have a quad and thinking of selling the gc3 that was gonna be used for junior camp programs but not likely happening and I don’t need it.
Has anyone gone through the transfer process or do buyers skip it? It’s hardware tied to my general account with fsx and all that as I had a gc2/hmt earlier but no software is connected with the gc3. I thought I had to register it to keep it connected with the QR code, regret doing it now as it’s going to be a pain maybe to sell?
It just shows my “handle” on the gc3, wondering what people do after they sell them? Rep mentioned a fee but might get waived if software was purchased during transfer.
Any advice appreciated on whether it’s worth it for buyer or seller to do it. fyi there is about 9 months of warranty left if that means much and it’s fully unlocked ball/club..
