I have a new GC3, it is connected via USB cable and I'm running the fsx pro software. My GC3 unit will randomly disconnect. The interesting part is that when I go to my device, it willl say that it is connected, however know information transfers to my computer, and it does not recognize the ball on the computer screen. I disconnect, refresh and connect and then all is good until it disconnects again. Looking for some ideas to solve this frustrating issue. Thanks

Have you tested Wi-Fi and Wired (Ethernet) to isolate the issue to USB.
Usb cable length? Quality? Repeater cable?
I use fsx pro also with iPad over the gc3 built in Wi-Fi and with a PC over Wi-Fi router, no issues.
