Advice for recording shots

I use TGC 2019 with a GC2. I’d like to be able to record myself and also the shots on TGC so that I can view my shots after each round.
I’ve don’t really know how to do this and don’t currently have a camera. Can somebody give me some advice on this? Do I have to use third party software?

I have same setup and use kinovea to bring up my swing after each shot. You could have it in background and review at end of session too. There's some posts with more details if you do a search on this site
