I just received an email announcing Foresight Sports will be offering additional authorized software integrations to our user community. Further details coming in the next few days. Could this be a partnership with GSPRO?

Third Party Software Integration

Pretty easy process for existing GSPro users.
They have a url where you can convert your license into a Foresight or other license. That’s it. When you go to launch GSPro now, what seems like their version of GameChanger comes up, click foresight and connect. I hope auto-connect works. Tested on the range and works fine so far.

Foresight can do nothing about integration because GC2 data is not encrypted coming out of the device. And GC2 has been determined by Foresight to be "end of life", therefore, they didn't even list it as a device that required FSX2020 or Play to use third-party software. Foresight simply doesn't care anymore about the GC2.
That is one big benefit to using a GC2 going forward. Even though they are old, they are very reliable like a Honda Accord, and will never require the purchase of Foresight software OR a $500/year sub package to use with any third-party software. Once you own it, you are free to use it as you see fit. And as long as Andy is around to fix it if it breaks (if he can), it is a solid purchase.

GSPro can block a GC2 if they want to. In partnership with Foresight that can happen. I doubt it though.Originally posted by StalefishFS3 View PostForesight can do nothing about integration because GC2 data is not encrypted coming out of the device. They won't. This is listed on Foresight's own website, when you click on GSPro to purchase it (emphasis on GC2 is mine):- GC3, GCQuad, GCHawk, or Launch Pro (Gold only) launch monitors. *GC2 not supported.
- A valid FSX Play/FSX 2020 License, or active Launch Pro Gold Subscription. Gold trial customers are not eligible.
- Windows PC with 4GB minimum free space, GTX 970 or greater Graphics Card.
- Recommended Graphics Cards: RTX 3060ti, RTX 3080
- Stable internet connection (Required)
- Intel i5 Processor
- Windows 10 (Required)
So Foresight doesn't care about GC2. They claim it isn't supported to play GSPro, which is laughable. I guess by definition it isn't supported, but it works flawlessly and always has.
