    New GC3 problem- used?

Just received my GC3 directly from Foresight, and when I opened up the counters it has 14 sessions with total of 4 shots. I’m trying to rationalize and think maybe this is common for new units where they test it out before sending jt out. I know this isn’t much but I still feel cheated as I could have paid much less for the CPO. What do you guys think? Also, I have just noticed that battery indicator is stuck at 0% despite charging. Just feeling little salty after spending over 6K.

I would assume that’s just a quality control test. I didn’t happen to check mine but I would expect a lot more sessions/shots if it was indeed used.

For the battery issue; try following the manual battery calibration instructions found here,

I’m hoping it’s related to QC. Also battery eventually charged again after plugging it in for couple of hours. It says it’s 100%. Thanks.

There was a recent firmware update that fixed the incorrect battery reading.

Not sure if it was the firmware update but it did start charging without issue after the update. Thanks for the input!

14 sessions with 4 shots doesn't sound like any real use.14 sessions with 500 shots would be suspect. New cars often have 10 - 50 miles on them. Up to 200 miles is common.

True, that’s what I am guessing. My sales rep said he will verify.

echo earlier comments, it's just like a new car from dealer, you will notice a few miles. I think that's for quality test and control.

Yup. I just got confirmation from FS that it is part of the QC.
