  • GC2 vs GC3

Anyone here a current GC3 or BLP owner who was previously a GC2 owner? Looking for comparisons to see if it was worth the upgrade (ball data only) Also, can GC2 be used to connect to GS Pro? Debating which unit i want to purchase. TIA

I went from GC2 w/HMT to GC3. I lost a little club data but have no regrets. The GC3 has been rock solid for me and IMO, the form factor makes easier to move around. I can't comment on the GSPro compatibility of the GC2, but I'd have to assume there is some way to make it work - ball data is ball data.

I agree. GC3 is a nice upgrade from the GC2. Just newer technology and fresh look.

I had a gc2 before the gc3 was launched. If you just compare ball data, both work extremely well and I can not tell any difference. However, I highly recommend to upgrade to gc3 since it gives you more club data. I have made tremendous swing improvements over last 18 months, which was greater than my last 12 year's improvements, since I upgraded to gc3. The correct and timely feedback is critical in your practice and game, especially in golf. For this reason, I am upgrading it to GCQuad, lol!

I went from GC2 to GC3 and like others have stated, newer technology (not needing to replace the flash) and larger hitting area were what I liked best. I do believe the GC2 does work with GSPro through bluetooth and the OpenAPI connection.
