USB-C Cable Not Connecting?

Hi All,

Can't seem to get my new GC3 unit to connect to my new gaming PC (Lenovo Legion 5) via the USB-C cable that came with the unit. I've had no issues getting the two to sync over my home wifi network, but I'd still like to have the option to connect my GC3 to my PC without the need for wifi.

Has anybody else run into this same issue?

Try connecting it via Ethernet cable. There have been a lot of reports of the USB-C connection breaking with the latest Windows update.

Mine (BLP) has stopped working in the last 2 weeks. Switched to a network cable, all good again. Seems silly, USB has never broken on my mouse and keyboard working 5 days a week 7 hours a day for the last 22 years, not sure why it went down here.

I went through this. Strangely after I got it back up on the network cable, the USB cable now works again and has been solid since I swapped it out. No explanation, but yes coincident with the last windows update …..

latest windows update broke USB connection for some foresight LM's. Foresight is working with Microsoft on a fix
