GC3 user. I just upgraded from a laptop to a desktop with a much better/more powerful graphics card. I went through Pro Tee and got a new license key, but when I open the Pro Tee interface it won't take the key. Says the License Key is invalid. Oddly, the machine ID the interface displays is not the same as shown in the TGC 2019 console. I did open a support ticket in with Pro Tee, but thought I'd check here in case anyone else has run into a similar issue.

I recently upgraded my desktop. I also had key issues. Had to get multiple keys from ProTee. It was a pain because of the time difference but they are EXCELLENT with help and follow ups. If your experience mirrors mine, your ticket will get handled quickly. -
100%. I got a response this morning with a new set of keys. I'm up and running. Their service is always outstanding. On a side note, it's amazing how much better the experience is with my upgrade. It loads quickly and graphic are wow!Comment
