Problem with gspro on GCQUAD, could use some help

I just purchased gspro through Foresight for my GCQUAD and I can’t get any swing or ball data to show in the gspro software. The GCQUAD is working fine as the data shows on its screen and the gspro seems to be running fine on my PC but something is wrong between the two. I’ve tried connecting by ethernet (my usual connection for FSXplay) and by Wifi connection and in both cases gspro says it sees the GCquad and connects to it, but I get nothing.

Has anyone experienced this and has a solution?

When you start GS pro, do you go through the connector software and identify your quad? I’m not near my quad so I can’t exactly remember the sequence, but there should be a button to connect or search for your device and then there’s a checkmark box to check to always connect to the same device or something along those lines. That should work just fine. You will know that it’s connected if the outside rectangles of your GS pro connection page are green.

And don't close the connection window - MINIMIZE!

yep leave that connection window alone. Just click behind it and it'll go behind the gspro run screen.....then you should be good to go.
