FSX Play not saving frame rate cap settings

Newer to FSXPlay. Does not seem to be saving my frame rate cap settings and keeps reverting back to unlimited.

Also, any way to turn off the notification text on the lower right side?

I had the same issue since I updated nvidia driver seems to be saving now….
