How do you know that you need a new ribbon cable? Im throwing error 0, and read here that it might be a ribbon cable.

Did anyone ever get a link for a new cable? I am searching and can't find the correct replacement. I am getting Error code 0 as well as a failed initialization fpga init -11 code
