Falcon hitting zone width?

When I first set mine up I got 53 inches at a mounting height of 10 feet. Their support told me that I would get 59 inches if I mounted it at 9.5 feet so I figured out a way to lower the mounting height and then my width actually got smaller at 51 inches.

I'm very fed up with them at this point because they can not give me a straight answer on how to get the width they advertise online and in their set up guide.

• Has anyone been able to achieve the advertised 59 inches?
• If so, what is your set up? Mounting height, hitting zone distance in front of the falcon, etc.?
• Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone who can actually help in support? My experience with the front end support team is that no one will commit to an actual solution. it initially took them days to get back to me with the initial suggestion of changing my mounting height.

I responded in the other thread. Only height would affect the detection area and I would assume the higher it is the wider the zone
