Current Install process - Rebuilt PC

IS there a quick guide on the new install process?

I tried to copy over teh gcweb installer and let it do it's think but i'm not sure if that gets me GSX, Protee Interface, and TGC 2019

I emailed to protee and they responded quickly to the initail email advising to "run https://download.protee-united.com/tgc/tgcsetup.exe " and share them the machine ID.

Am I going about this correctly?
What's the 2024 process for this?

I'm concerned that without local installers that if ProTee ever has a change in management or something similar, I may never be able to rebuild my system with my GC2 as they hold the literal "keys" to my software.

Well. I'm stuck in a few areas.

1) There doesn't seem to be a GSX interface anymore?
2) It seems windows 11 is missing some key system drivers or libraries such as mswinsck.ocx

Is there a guide somwhere I can follow? Would really like to get my sysetm up and running again

Sharing here as I had to do a bit of troubleshooting. It seems the process for installing new has changed

Note: Each software piece has a different machine ID and requires a code from them

They are very quick to respond which is good. I do however have some concern in the future if they decide to sunset this software and i'm left with a unusable sysetm. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen.

Q: I receive an error when starting the ProTee Golf Interface.

Q: I receive the error: Component MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies is missing.

A: Right mouse click the interface icon and select to run as Administrator. Exit the interface and run normally.

Q: The game does not start when I hit the play button.

I suggest opening a ticket with ProTee. If they changed something they can point you in the right direction.
