GC Hawk Calibration problem

Hi everyone,

Does anyone has experience in calibrating a GC hawk?
I have installed an used GC hawk and while calibrating it only able to green lit the center boxes of the hitting zone
and wouldnt let me finish the process of the calibration.
I have tried reseting the calibration while deleting the .json files.
Firmware has been updated to the latest version and I have ran the diagnostic tools and everything seems to be fine.
Any help will be much appriciateed......

Did you find a solution to this issue? We are experiencing issues with calibration as well. We complete the calibration and when we submit the information - we are told to check our internet connection. We have tried using a phone hotspot, reflashing the firmware, networking cables.
