Securing purchase of fsx licence

for those of you who have purchased a second hand fsx licence, how have you proceeded to secure your purchase ?

Just bought the software.
Here is the answer
check licences are ok via teams meeting or whatsapp
ask the seller to deactivate one of them
test it on your pc
make PayPal payment (3.4pct) - ask the seller to put a note describing the detail of the transactions (including change of emails)
after payment - the seller needs to change the mail address to yours in fsx live
login into fsx live. Deactivate all licences and use them on your pc
transfer is done
