Swing Camera for GC3 and FSX 2020

My swing has more problems than a high school math book so I want to record it. I have tried using iVCam with my iPhone and IPad but I am not having much luck do to what I believe to WiFi issues. Can anyone recommend a decent camera that would work with a GC3 and FSX 2020? I know Foresight has one but I was hoping to get away with spending a little less. My computer is remote from my outdoor hitting area so lighting is not an issue and I would be connecting with a usb extension cable. I have no experience with anything like this so any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Any of the USB cameras will work. Popular topic - search this site for several examples of what might work for you. Key for success is to ensure you are using a separate USB Bus for each camera - many need to add-in a USB card to enable this, some have multiple bus options - YMMV depending on your PC.

Think also about the software you will want to use with your cameras. I use Swing Catalyst but there are many others.

Thank you for your response. I had done a search prior to posting and had a hard time understanding the results. That is why I asked for a recommendation for my situation. If cameras are plug and play why do I need software if I am running fsx2020? Being that my computer is remote will I be able to run long usb extension cables, if so do I need a specific type?

I am able to use my cameras directly with FSX2020. I generally use other software so the Catalyst software is a good add for me but you might be just fine with 2020. The implementation was pretty decent actually.

There are many particular settings that you will need to adjust to optimize the capture and I think IIRC FSX2020 was limited to 120fps (still pretty decent).
