Foresight GC2 on ProTee Golf 2.0 with Online Play!

GC2 owners now have the option of using their GC2 launch monitor with the ProteePlay(ProteeGolf 2.0) simulation software. They will even be able to play online with Protee golf simulator owners.

No, never got the email but got it through support. I did get it working and it's looking good so far. Still need to finish up the setup. GC2 sure make the setup easy!

I noticed the GC2 has the option for BACK+SIDE or AXIS+TOTAL for spin. I haven't really seen this discussed much anywhere. It probably as been but I wasn't paying close enough attention because I thought I'd never own one. Of course I will play with this cause that is how I am. Just wondering if anyone else has and what there thoughts are on it.

By changing that readout it will not change the ball flight but just the numbers it show. I have read that there is no such thing as a reading with back spin and side spin but should only be spin axis.
I like to see the side spin so it gives me a better idea of how much draw or slice I had compared to the total spin axis. I also like to see the back spin on its own for testing balls or how well I hit down on the ball for chip shots or full shots.

BTW I am not having any issues with needing to re set up the bluetooth for the GC2 every time using windows 8.1. Works like it did on the old windows 7 laptop.

It's just a different set of numbers to look at. I now use Axis+total and prefer that. You will get to a point where you can essentially see the ball flight just looking at the numbers.

Interesting. So I take it this has no effect on GSX then.

I did get it detect the GC2 automatically but I was messing with it a bit. I didn't get the code message this time so I'm hoping it will just connect from now on.

Hi all, I am a newbie here.

I would love to know how to make ProTee to work with HMT.
My system seems to collect only data from GC2 Base, ball data.
Club data show in ProTee do not look like to be collected from HMT.

ProTee Golf 2.0 should be able to display many values from HMT when GSX is updatd as you mentioned above but I know absolutely nothing about TGC, I haven't had a chance to play around in TGC.
