Once purchased online from SwingSense how long before can download and play? Is it instantaneously? Can it be purchased today ( Saturday) and played today? Thanks

I purchased on Saturday and received the license ID yesterday. Unfortunately I get invalid ID message when I input ID. I have been back and fourth with Protee. They have been very responsive, even on the weekend. Tomorrow we are going to remotely connect to sort this out.Comment

Another question? I know Protee will reconcile this as well. They sent me the recent Protee interface that is needed to use the TGC - once the above license ID is sorted out. I could not open the Protee interface since I do not have a license ID for Protee- I only purchased the TGC courses. Is there a separate Protee license ID used for the interface so one can use the TGC?Comment
