What software are you trying to use? If TGC and ProTee, are you using the GSX interface and what Bluetooth adapter are you using?

Maybe it already connected to the surface. Can't connect to 2 at once. Try a better dongle.

Does anyone know how much foresight charge to repair the Bluetooth in the UK? Or is there anything to try to fix it? Not even showing up on my iPad and in about it says Bluetooth service required!!

if your serial is not A29xx then it doesn't have Apple connectivity unfortunately. A stands for Apple bluetooth compatibility.

All units have Bluetooth. A just means it will connect to an iPad.

My unit also had a bluetooth distance issue. My other unit had no problem connecting to my desktop computer 6ft away, but this unit had to be close to like 2-3ft. Thankfully I'm turning in for free repair or a unit replacement so hope that fixes this issue.

Yes I sent mine back to Foresight and they repaired the Bluetooth module and replace the flash screen that was cracked. I think it was about £365 + VAT. It works fine now with my laptop and iPad but still temperamental with my iPhone X
