Recommended "cost effective" laptop/desktop for running new FSX software?

We do about 4-5 simulators a year in our stores, and now each store will be getting FSX vs the old GC2 Simulator system. In my research so far, it's been very difficult to find a reasonable desktop or laptop to run the FSX software properly and be able to potentially run 4K graphics. We're not currently putting in 4K projectors, but a store may want to upgrade at some point. Obviously the desktop is the way to go, because very few laptops are capable of running the FSX that would be cost effective. Anyone have recommendations? This is the one I've found for the first store that will be running the FSX - http://www.frys.com/product/8646890

The HP envy I got was 1300 shipped. I7 gtx 980Ti, 16GB ram with BT + wifi built in. I play TGC (non sim - still waiting on the screen) at almost max settings without any issues.
