Just sold my Skytrak unit, which was provisioned for TGC. I own the perpetual TGC license. I was considering the purchase of an ES16 unit, but just purchased a GC2. ProTee assured in the ES16 thread there would be no additional fees on their part to change devices. I've read and reached out to ProTee, with no response as of yet (weekend?). From what I can tell, I need a GSX interface/download in order to get the GC2 up and running? I assume I need to obtain this from ProTee? Any help would be appreciated.

They will take care of you. I made the switch from skytrak to gc2 and they sent me a new license.

Par2Pro sent me instructions to download things. Yes you will need GSX and protee golf interface.
