Haven't used my GC2 in about 5 months or so due to playing golf outside in nice weather. When I went to start everything up, I was having connection problems with the "status output". I read and reread all the posts here and couldn't diagnose my problem. I have all the same stuff (same bluetooth, software, etc) but couldn't get it to connect. I re-paired my GC2 with the bluetooth, updated drivers.. nothing worked. Just 10 minutes ago I gave up and sent a help ticket to ProTee. I was hoping maybe someone had an idea before ProTee gets back to me. I use Windows 10 btw.

The GSX I'm using is 0.6.7. The ProTee interface I WAS using was version 3.05. I noticed there was a newer version available... 3.06. So I figured what the heck - I'll try that. Still didn't connect. Then I changed the port setting to COM3 instead of 4 like it's supposed to be. Voila... it worked. But.... it only worked once. I went back again and now it won't connect.

    Any ideas?

Hi mate, try changing the outgoing port back to 4 or even another number. Not sure about TGC but with PG I have to change ports every time I connect.

First off, it shouldn't matter if I'm using PG or TGC since neither one of those is even started up at this point. Just trying to connect. Having said that, I just connected again with port 3.

I hear what you are saying... but we shouldn't have to change ports every time we connect. We never had to before... plus how would we know which port to try?

With PG interface we can use up to port 15, I know we should not have to change ports but my GC2 will not connect unless I do, not sure why. Hope you get it sorted.
