New GC2 FR1 user. Need advice.

Hi guys, I just took the plunge and bought the GC2 with FR1 software. I bought a new Alienware Alpha desktop with the following specs:

• 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 6400T
• Windows 10 Home 64bit English
• 8GB DDR4 at 2133MHz - 1 DIMM
• NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX960 GPU 4GB GDDR5

I finally got my GC2 up and running a day ago and after a few practice shots I noticed that the shot tracer was incredibly slow. I've used a number of different GC2's at various clubs and those were 10 times as fast as mine. My question is, did I not buy a good enough computer? Or do I need to adjust my settings on my software? I'm displaying the output on a 60" samsung tv and going through an entertainment receiver. (i.e., I have the GC2 connected to the desktop, then to the receiver, then to the tv). Is it possible going through the receiver is slowing it down? Thanks in advance!

That computer will run FR1 no problem. Likely something in your settings.

Try to disconnect the receiver. Is it still running slow on your computer? If so must be some settings. Otherwise the receiver. That computer will run FR1 easily.

Thanks for the responses. After trying without the receiver and not seeing any improvement I was able to rule that out. Long story short, after navigating to my computers graphics card, it said the device was deactivated and I needed to restart my computer for it to work. Problem solved. Graphics look great now.
