Which FSX courses use a different software engine to build FSX courses versus some how "re-building" some of the older FR1 courses. I recall reading that some the graphics are better on some of the FSX courses but not on all of them. I played the demo FSX course Teton Pines and was not too impressed. I would think that the demo FSX download courses would be one of their best courses to showcase FSX. I did contact Foresight and they said this is the only course that is available for download.

If you're wanting to concentrate on how the course looks, then perhaps consider TGC over FSX.
I've got 11 FSX courses, and Teton Pines is as good looking (or as bad depending on how you look at it!) as any of the rest. If you don't change the weather to have some clouds, the course can look very cartoon like.
I play FSX over TGC (I have both) as I feel TGC is very arcade like - whereas FSX has been designed purely for simulation, and plays better.
