So, after months and months of waiting, I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a GC from Aeroburner. Now the hard part... 1) waiting for it, and 2) deciding on software. Seems like FR1, FSX, TGC, and JNPG all have their pros and cons, which makes it harder to decide.

Deuce, I have the gc2 and the tgc.. a lot of us have that set up and we are very happy.. aeroburner and I have become friend's thru this forum and discord app that we kind of started. Him more than me actually. Where we can play online together. Tgc has the best graphics by far. I can't say anything about the other software that you mentioned because I've never used it, other than the foresight software is expensive with limited courses, but a great driving range option. Tgc cost 1k and you get access to many ranges, and courses a lot of them are pretty good replicas of the originals and others that are let's say very creative. My suggestion is if your just going to use it for personal use and a's a tool to work on your game, club and ball fitting then the foresight software is the way to go. However if your intention is to play online with us, practice and play with friends and by yourself then Tgc would be my recommendation.. -

My advice is stay away from FR1. It's old. FSX works very seamlessly with GC2's and has great features but is expensive and has limited courses that cost more. TGC has amazing graphics, free upgrades, lots of courses with the ability to create more but lacks some simple simulator functions. JNPG has limited courses, good graphics and good features but you have annual fees. The ability to play online and in tournaments is top shelf for JNPG and TGC. IMO, FSX is way too much money. I prefer using TGC but I'm really used to it and so is my eye.My Courses:

If you haven't seen it yet, search for "3D grass and better lighting" over on the other forum that shall not be named. JNPG is about to update the graphics package. I think it looks pretty amazing, but I know that's highly subjective. I'll post a pic over here in a bit.
