Full Swing Golf (model unknown) + ION camera

Hi. I have a friend who has set up an expensive setup with a FullSwing Golf Simulator (don`t know the version, but with 2x ir panels + ion camera) + E6 Golf
The PC is built by the people where he bought it, but there has been several problems, service people been there, but still the same.
So I try to ask if there is any experienced people here with the same problem?
What is happening is that either the camera or the E6golf program either stops detecting balls or stuck on ball detected.
After that the game starts to lag, can play but the lag is getting worse and worse over time.
The mouse is also heavily lagging, but if you get into the menu, the mouse is fine until you go out of the menu and back into the game, where the lag starts again.
When this is happening the E6golf program also crash on exit.
Earlier this would solve by a reboot, but lately it has just gotten worse I think, coming back in first 9 holes after reboot.
Anyone has any clues what could be wrong?
Also why does not FSG support higher than Windows 7?
