I purchased a used Full Swing LS3 sim a few years back and had it installed by one of the bigger dealers who had taken it out of a commercial setup. It works well but after a few years I would love to have something with better definition and graphics. The LS3 runs on XP and graphics have moved on a long way since then.
I had FS do an online diagnostic and quote to upgrade to E6 with a new PC and a couple of replacement sensors which are inexpensive. They very quickly got to nearly eur15k without replacing the projector which may also need to go I suspect.
I find that FS go too far in insisting on using their own way over priced PC, their own way over priced hardware etc. I would love to stick to FS having putting in the whole enclosure/ arrays etc. If anybody has any suggestions on how to upgrade the PC/ hardware and software more cheaply Id be most grateful. Perhaps if someone is selling a used e6 box and dongle?
