Hello, a bunch of my buddies and I chipped in for a used Full Swing E6 Simulator from a golf course to put up at one of our houses. After hours of setting up the panels and calibration, there was a software issue (DSP not working properly). We contacted Full Swing and they stated that they wanted an additional $995 for a recertification fee before they will help. The support said 2 guys that bought the other simulators for sale also contacted them and said one guy figured it out by himself and the other did the recertification and was able to get it running.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem or have any idea of how to get this running by ourselves? Thank you!
