Tees to use with Garmin

I have 2 positions a couple feet apart for iron and driver shots. I also play with a lefty so then there's 4 positions. Tired of moving the Garmin around. Will something like the claw tee or tripod tee on a lanyard (in link), likely to mess with the readings on the Garmin when it's flying around after a drive? Anyone use them or something similar?
