Garmin R10 E6 on PC connection issues

Hi all I need help with this setup. I am running the garmin golf app on an Ipad (can also run it on iphone and have not yet tested this scenario on iphone) and have a windows 10 PC that has E6 running on it. The PC is connected via ethernet to the wireless router. The ipad is connected wirelessly to same network. I have IP and port for E6 from the E6 app on pc and when I input that into Garmin app on ipad to play E6 on PC I get connected for a second and I see like a stats page with spin ball speed, etc. then I get disconnected and can not connect back up. I get an error on Garmin app stating to make sure port and IP are correct.

However I can telnet to the PC running E6 and port 2483 which tells me that the port is up and listening.

Any help with this? It would be great if the R10 could connect directly to PC and skip the middle man

My R10 gives my 2 options for my IP and when i select the second option it seems to work better. Have you recalibrated the r10 on the app? have you removed and reinstalled the r10 on the app?

Hi Wormburner I believe I see 2 options as well, default and then my real IP 10.0.0.178. I have always chosen the IP and not default. I have not recalibrated R10 as I thought that was only for leveling and such. I have removed R10 from device and re-added via bluetooth.

      Thanks
