E6 Connect on iPad request rejected

I just installed and connected to E6 connect on an iPad Pro 2nd Gen connected to my Garmin R10. Everything seems fine, but when I try to login as a player I get the error “Server rejected the request. Error Code: 2017”

I’m using the same email/password as I have on the E6 site, etc. and what I used to log in to the app when I first started it.

Anyone have this issue? The entire reason I got the iPad was to use the free E6 connect.

I wonder if this is because you already have it linked to your iPhone? That is one problem I've noticed, if you deactivate your iPhone, you can reactivate it on iPad.
