R10 offset

R10 goes straight in line with the ball to the screen, no angle no matter the offset. You'll need to set the offset in your software. For LM purposes, though, the offset doesn't exist.
Also, you'll still be hitting a straight ball; the adjustment is in the software (and the screen of course), not in you or the other hardware.Last edited by GolfSimulcast; 02-25-2023, 09:36 PM.

ryanbetz - you can do it either way, but, you want to keep in mind playability and aiming (as well as offset) can all be indicated in your Sim Software, depending on what you want to use for that. Some have more sophisticated alignment/offset settings (Creative Golf 3D - I believe has 3 alignment/offset options: driver, irons, putter and they can all be a different spot aligned to the screen - letting you do your putting some distance to the side (such as 2') from where you hit tee shots and irons). Others allow you one 'offset' setting - E6 for example, or GS P. While some (Garmin Golf) have no offset/alignment setting yet in their software.
It's much easier to setup for 'off center' aim as you have on the drawing on the LEFT. As that means you're alignment in the software will let you adjust your screen so you - where you are aiming at - in the software - is in alignment with where you are aiming (straight on being 1', 2', or more to the right of center).
I know -seems weird until you try it a few times
