Got my Mini yesterday, got the Uneekor part working, could hit balls on the range. I had a Sky Traak that I was using TGC2019, but figured with so much hoopla about the GSPro I might as well just bite the bullet! So I did, Downloaded the GSPro. I cannot get the the Mini to connect with the GSpro program! I watched some Utubes but I believe it was for the XO, figuring it should be the same! its close I think. The steps they describe is bring up Uneekor, bring on the View software, once that's up, then bring up the GSPro program, I do that, I start GSpro, I actually get the GSproV2 that comes up on the View Uneekor on the top, there is a red line across the top on the GSpro, this is supposed to turn green when it connects, and says its waiting for Uneekor to connect! I do get the short green line on the View software on the bottom but still cannot connect to the GSPro! Oh so very frustrating! There is something on the GSPro under the setting under the name, I entered mine, then it asks for some IDU # or something? I have NOT a clue what this is, I know the number that is in there is 123456789123456789. This might be what holding me out! Any suggestions?
I did sticker a few clubs and hitting on the range, the speed of the shot on the screen is very good! not instantaneous, BUT very quick! I like this especially coming from the Sky Trak! The Mini cones with a very nice case! Not sure I will ever use it! but if you do plan on bringing it to the range very nice option. I currently have it hooked up with power cord all the time, as I did with the Sky Trak, so this was not an issue. They do send an Ethernet cord to plug the Mini directly into the PC for setup recommended! I typically have my PC in the garage hooked up with a ethernet cord hard wired to my router, I did this because I did NOT want any Wifi bullshit! and I never had any issues, I do have a switch because I did gook my tv for watching tv while golfing, not the Aux. golfing monitor, that is hooked up off the video card along with the projector. What little research I have done it seems like that would like you to have the Ethernet cord plugged into PC, or switch, but want it on the LAN port, of the switch, I looked on my switch but couldn't find that designation anywhere! But if you run Mini off Ipad then you can do the wireless! This seems really odd to me! The Mini does have Wifi capabilities, but they say that this is for updates! doesn't seem right either.
So if anyone has there Mini hooked up and working of GSPro, please reply here or send me a message or DM or I can even call, reaaly would like to get this operational tomorrow!
TIA,
Dave
