Chipping Cabot cliffs

Played for the first time yesterday and could not chip around the greens I missed, I could only putt. I use a skytrak and the shot was being registered on the api panel but nothing would happen. Moved the ball around the laser dot, no difference….weird? I’ll try in practice mode later today.
Other courses to date have been fine, but I’ve only been up and running for a couple weeks.

If the issue repeats I would suggest contacting GSPro support directly (via their website). They were very responsive with an issue I was experiencing.
