  • Gspro pc spec

I am looking at getting gspro and a mevo plus. I need a gaming pc and am on a budget. I have found a refurbished one with the following spec:
    intel i5 4th gen
    32 GB RAM
    Nividia RTX 3060
    1TB SSD
    WiFi thru dongle
    Usb 2.0 only
I feel the graphics card and RAM are good but worry about i5 only being 4th gen and will the WiFi thru a dongle cause a problem? I only plan to play gspro in local play so I believe I only need WiFi to login each time.
    Any advice would be great.

the i5 is fine as gspro does not use a ton of cpu. a 3060ti is better but the 3060 will run most courses in ultra

soupy - what would you say is the most demanding course from a GPU perspective? Top 2 or 3 would be ideal if you happen to know.

      thx

Nice! That’s one way to solve it. Actually I am not having trouble either, but I am doing some comparison testing and was curious if I could ever get or see frame rates less than 60 frames per second at ultra. So far I have always seen 60 frames per second, but that is what I’ve limited the output to based on my projector,

Thanks for the replies guys. I have also noticed most of the gaming pc's seem to have only usb WiFi and not built in WiFi. Will this be ok with gspro and flightscope software?

I have a similar set up. It works flawlessley so this should be no problem If you can get a wired connection in addition to the wifi that is ideal. The wifi will be used to connect to the Mevo+. The wired connection can be used for everything else, like setup and download of courses and so forth.
