Cannot use any features in pro tee play. DOWNLOADING and UPDATING over and over

Hi

i just got pro tee play and am using it with a uneekor EML. i have only been able to open pixel golf and zombie golf. every time i try to open any other range or game it starts downloading (ultra slow), occasionally it actually finishes, i click the game again and now it starts updating...never finishes and never works. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. no luck.

Any ideas?
