    Chip shots all going left???

Hi can anyone help me out, my r motion seems to be working really well other than when chipping and pitching the club face is always reading up to 8degrees closed. If I really hold the face open through impact then I can get the ball to go straight but I have to really exaggerate it. If I do a normal chip/small pitch they all go left. (I know it is not due to bad technique)
Only happens with the SW (only using half set so far putter, SW, 8iron, 6iron and 3iron) rest of the set works really well.
Does anyone else know of this problem?

Just tested again if I really hood the face shut at address and hit a shot it reads as up to 7 open and goes straight/right and if I lay the face way open almost flat at address then the shot reads way closed and goes left?? It's like it's doing the opposite of what it should. Any ideas??

I've noticed it as well but with all my clubs. I can be hitting a hook and it is reading a 10+ degree open face. I'm left handed and put it down to a bug in the software

golfman1 It sounds like you have the unit upside down, not mounted aligned with the clubface or as for colinjm18 I believe that the software needs to know if you're left handen. You can change it in settings

G4zzel no the unit is positioned 100% correctly, all other shots work really well even full shots with the same club, just chip and small pitch shots go straight left on the screen (and no it isn't my technique lols)

I think Rapsodo need to look at the swing analysis. Turn swing analysis on and contact Rapsodo so they can help you

golfman1 are you using Almost Golf balls? These balls work however their accuracy is slightly lower than regular balls. We think this may be the root cause. If this is the case, can you experiment with regulation balls?
