  • New and R-motion issues

Hey everyone I was hoping that someone might be able to help me out. I'm new to the forum and just received my r-motion a couple of days ago. My sensor light won't never change to green. It just stays on blue. So it wont let me hit any shots. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks in advance foe the help.

I would advice you to reach out to Rmotion support. They have been very good with me. Hope you get the issue resolved.

You can e-mail to support@rmotiongolf.com for direct help. Also, make sure your dongle is connected and app is running. Please make sure you are not running two instances of Server.exe. (you can check from Task Manager). This happens if you run the application that comes with the game at the same time with RMotion app.

I ended up with the same problem today and for whatever reason there were two server.exe running but I did not open the app that comes with the game. So not sure what was happening. I closed out and restarted but it still wouldn’t work. I had to reboot computer then all was well. I also tried going back to an earlier version first but this didn’t help so Im back to the latest version.

I am a new user of R Motion after spending an entire day trying to figure out were to place the sensor, the instructions say place it near the grip, wrong! When I placed the sensor closer to the lower section of the shaft my ball flight improved, I also adjusted the degrees and loft for my clubs, and the same youtube post (the goofy dad golfer) showed me how to find the driving range and practice with every club. Now I am able to truly enjoy my golf Simulator, I just played 36 holes at Little Brook Manor and Tomahawk both great courses.

The only complaint that I have is that the instructions that come with the product should be more detailed, i should not have to.look at 50 youtube post to find out how to use and properly set up the Simulator.

What was the problem with placing the clips near the grip? I have them placed all just 1/2 inch under the grip, edited lofts and length of the clubs and the ball flight and flight distances were accurate.
