problems with cold?

I own R-motion for 6 weeks. So far everything went smoothly. Can it be that the unit is sensitive to cold? On Sunday we had a room temperature of 10 ° Celsius, after the software started the tracker showed blue and then green. However, after the first blow he switched back to blue without registering.

After 5 attempts we always had the same result. Has anyone had a similar experience? Can it be at the cold room temperature?
