So, it is pretty cold today in North Carolina and I have finally purchased a new TV so my 40 inch has been promoted to my sim room. Bought a 25 ft HDMI and I am good to go....so I thought. It has been a while since I have played with the R Motion but no big deal. Turned it on and got some Protee error. I noticed that I was on version 1.30 so I upgraded to 1.31. All seemed to be going well when I was loading the game but the system never allowed me to click play. Not sure what is going on with the system. See attached picture. Well, I can't upload my picture. I guess it could be a server issue. The problem is occurring on the R Motion screen that verifies the dongle and the removable piece that slides in the club attachment. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Have you looked at this ?
Blue LED indicates the sensor is ready and waiting for the command to go from TGC game. But it looks the communication is broken between the game and the APP.
Can you make sure the following?
1. Open Task manager and make sure you have only one instance of server.exe running in your computer. If you see multiple instances, close both the APP and the game and start again.
2. Do not open the TGC game from the TGC Dashboard, Allways open the game from the APP.
Hope this fix your issue.
That is something Rapsodo posted a while ago.
Did you try a reset or maybe go back to an earlier version.

Hi jb50. So I clicked on the Server.exe on the TGC dashboard and it enabled the play button. I also took the graphics from the highest setting to medium and just had an entertaining impromptu range session in my bonus room. Hopefully this will cooperate as the 15 minute session was pretty awesome. Have a few more things to do to the room and I will be set. Thanks for responding bro!!!!!!!
