The dongle isn’t pairing with the tracker and is displaying red, never turns blue. Dongle status is Red X in Rmotion software, make sure dongle is inserted. My computer sees the dongle and seems to be working on com3 using a driver from 12/3/2015. Is there a newer driver? I can’t find one online. Suggestions. Thanks.

Could you pls send us an email with the screen shot of your driver and device manager details ? The dongle is designed by 3rd party and we use their driver. We like to make sure the driver is still intact.
If you reinstall the Rmotion app (not the game) it will also reinstall that driver. That’s a good first try. -

Every time I’ve had this problem (which is often) it’s been because two versions of server.exe are running. Have you checked in task manager for that.Comment

I finally got it to work. I had to remove app called windows driver package - silicone labs, reboot, repair Rmotion install. LED is blue. Thanks.Comment

Spoke too soon. Had to move computer and now back to the same situation. I’ve emailed support. Somethings not right.Comment

Your hardware is good. Silicon Labs is the company who provides that dongle we use their driver for communication. Let’s see the screen shots and we should be able to help you out.Comment
