Had the R-motion for a few months and was going to go to Skytrak; however, got the quote to add heating to my garage so going to wait till next year before I do this. Does anyone know if you purchase the full $500 version of TGC for R-motion if you get a free upgrade to TGC2019? I know you cant move the license from the R-motion to skytrak and I know if you buy the full version today you get a free upgrade to TGC 2019 but I dont know if this is the case for the R-Motion version. If someone knows i would appreciate the feedback.

From what I read here on the forums from ProTee I think it was, all users of TGC1 Sim will get 2019 version free of charge when it's released...a few months after the GAME version is released.
When you "move" your license from RMotion to Skytrak is there any charge? I'd be interested in adding a Skytrak new that I'm addicted to the SIM! lol. -
Storm, you may have misread his post. You can’t move your license from Rmotion to Skytrak. I also checked on this. I wanted to pay for the Skytrak version of TGC now and when I eventually get a Skytrak I could then transfer but you can’t do that.Comment

It would be very appreciated If the TGC r-motion -> Skytrak TGC upgrade would be possible. Skytrak is ”Powered by Rapsodo” so.... and the integration of the two seems to work flawless. I’m in the same spot as you guys, Have the r-motion with full TGC and got addicted. R-motion is really a great hook-up to promote sim-play and i really want to make the experience even more real with a launch monitor now But its a lot of money to buy a new TGC license. And i dont want to sell My R-motion because If i get a Skytrak i want the integration... Have Anyone tried selling their r-motion license?Comment

I did miss the "t" can't, read it as CAN. Totally doesn't make sense that can't happen. Even if we had to pay more (which we should) since the ST version is 1,000 and we only paid $500. Doesn't encourage vertical movement in their product line does it!?!?! Sorry, to get you all excited about getting into the sim market with our entry level product, you must start over and pay 6-7x the price to get into the next tier of sim from us?
Maybe there is a good reason for this, but it my estimation it sure doesn't make any sense to me. Shame, as it will probably keep me from getting a ST, budget related.
EDIT: So a ST user can add an RMotion to their system, but a full user of RMotion can't move to ST (with upgrade fees) shakes head and shrugs shoulders!!!!Comment

Wondering if SkyTrak_Seth can comment? Would love to buy the full Rmotion license and then when i get the skytrak transfer the license even if i had to pay the additional $495 etc. Any chance this could happen considering you own both products?Comment

Hmm, I don't think that is possible because SkyTrak+TGC sales are handled through SkyGolf, whereas RMotion+TGC are handled through...well, I'm not sure...but not SkyGolf.Comment
