Hey, first post here! With winter approaching here in MN I'm looking at dipping a toe into the simulator world. I'm going to need to do this a bit in baby-steps to get it past the wife, so I'm looking at the R-Motion as an entry point as I can slowly add components around it as I ultimately build-out a full simulator package.
I've pretty much assumed I'll be stuck just using the R-Motion with an android based app this winter which I think will be released soon, as I'm not ready to splurge on a dedicated computer build yet as I really don't need it for anything else. That said I'm curious if anyone has luck running TGC on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 or the Pro 3 (with an i5 as its essentially the same processor and graphics card)? Is there a way to dial back things enough to get it to provide any level of functionality on this machine?
I'm not looking for much, and wouldn't have high expectations for it on the Surface Pro, but am just curious if it would be able to offer anything more than the Android app...or if it wouldn't even do that?
