Rapsodo I fired up R Motion for the first time in awhile and it is not recognizing the dongle. I am running 1.3.4. I have never had this issue before now and I’ve had R Motion since pretty early on. Any ideas?

I still continue to have this same problem. It never recognizes the dongle on the first try. I usually have to close and reopen the app 5 to 10 times before it recognizes the dongle. When I used it a couple of days ago I couldn't get it to recognize the dongle. I did a reboot and then it worked after a few tries.Comment

We are doubtful it is a hardware issue. We have had almost zero hardware failure on those. Likely it is a software issue and you may be provided with a software fix.Comment
