R-Motion Android connection problems

The connection from r-motion sensor to pc is great and im loving this device!
But when i try to connect to my android phone it wont seem to make a connection.

Obviously i checked if my android version was up to date and the bluetooth functionality turned on, but still no connection.. the r-motion app keeps scanning.

Any other people experiencing this issue, or solved it?

Could you pls tell us your phone make and model ? Android ecosystem is very fragmented and not practical to test for every phone, we occasionally see problems.

I'm going to bump this one with my phones that work and don't since it's one of the top results in Google looking for R-Motion Android issues.
Based on reviews on the Google Play Store Samsung S10 and S20 just can't connect to the sensor.
My sensor connects to the computer dongle and some of my phones.

Phone I have that work:
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on Android 9
Huawei Mate 20 Pro on Android 10

Phone I have that doesn't work:
Samsung S20 Ultra on Android 10

My S20 Ultra is my main phone now and would love for the software to connect.
I know bluetooth works as I have my Smartwatch and headphones connected and it detects other devices.
This seems to be a software issue with the R-Motion app.

I've had the same issue, e mailed rapsodo and after a lot of e mails the short story is," It won't work with newer phones,go and buy an older phone"!!!!! Not impressed tbh.
