R-Motion Only Detecting Swings Intermittently

When R-Motion works, I really like the product. However, frustratingly, my swing is only detected intermittently.

This problem is so bad that it makes the product almost useless.

Sometimes 10 or 15 consecutive swings are never detected. Or, sometimes it just stops working, all together.
I have tried everything I read: look for green light, restart device, etc. and NOTHING HELPS.
I am running on an HP Omen with plenty for power - 16gb memory, powerful graphics card... So, I am at a loss as to why this software keeps failing.
Does anybody have any Idea as to why this happens?

Just checking- Are you wiggling/waggling a lot before you swing or keeping it dead still for a second?

I keep it dead still. I will try to leave it in place a little longer and see if it helps.

Another possibility is bluetooth interference or communication problem. When swinging, how far are you from the computer?

BruceHaslam I am having issues with mine as well. Try contacting them to let them know your having issues. Rapsodo is looking into my issue. So hopefully whatever it is causing this can be identified and resolved soon! I totally agree though when its working it is super awesome. I did some more testing last Sunday and finally got a Windows error on the USB blue-tooth dongle. I had another dongle they had sent to me with a replacement clip as my first one broke. I swapped out the dongle with the new one and was able to play without many issues. I have not had a chance to try it out again but hopefully tomorrow I can test it again with the new dongle. The only weird part of this working is my issue was happening before if I was using the phone app too.

So far, so good. I have been leaving my club face dead still for a couple of seconds before beginning my backswing and that seems to have "done the trick".
If I end up still having problems, I will report back.
