Simple question about the dongle

I bought the r-motion a few days ago but never got it to recognize the dongle.

To try to determine if the problem is software or hardware the question is:

When you connect the dongle to the pc:

- do you hear the classic sound that you hear when you connect a USB device ?

- do you see the device in the device manager list ?



I've already tried all the tricks (windows defender, bluetooth, etc). And the sensor works perfectly with the application for mobile device.
