  • Club distance

When I hit a shot it shows it going way shorter than I normally hit it on the range or golf course .how do I adjust this so I get a accurate distance on the game

When you in the club settings click on the "?" and it will show you were to place the sensor clip compared to the head of the club. I found this setting was accurate for what the R-Motion measures (club head speed, path, angle of attack) which it then uses to guesstimate the ball flight (which has also been accurate) and distance. I verified this using my old trusty swingmate radar from era 2005 ish.

    Hope this helps!

Go to range in real life. Aim at 100-150 yard flag. If it's short increase the club length in the app.

Increasing the club length is the best way to get the sensor to read longer distances that are close to your actual numbers.

When you first set it up, go to a range in TGC, hit your clubs 4-5 times, and then adjust the club length in the Rmotion app until your carry distance is approx what you want. Make sure you always pick your name in the drop down and hit save and you can get adjusted in about 15 mins and then your good. Sometimes I find that half way through a round the ball will go completely weird, like a driver goes sky high an 150 yds, I simply toggle back to the rmotion and restart the device and it seems to get it back on track.

Does the ball you are striking make a difference? I just set mine up and am hitting flatballs until the rest of my setup arrives.
