Motion wont recognise internet n notebook.

Hi All,
I have been using R motion successfully on a test notebook. Today I tried setting up on a new/ better notebook and cant get passed the recognise internet stage. Doe anyone have any ideas why this would be?

On that page do you have a red "X" next to the dongle status? It may just be that your dongle isn't recognized. Try turning off your anti-virus software and that may fix the problem.
